Operational Procedures:

We are a dealership that specialises solely in cash transactions; we do not offer financing or monthly payment plans. However, you are welcome to use any credit union or bank for external financing. We serve both local Texans and out-of-state customers. San Antonio Airport is nearby, and, with advance notice, we can arrange pick-up upon request. You will receive new metal plates, or we can transfer your current plates to your newly purchased vehicle. For out-of-state sales, we can provide temporary metal plates so you can transport your vehicle home and transfer registration in your state.

Cash Transactions:

If the total sale amount is under $9,999, cash payments will be accepted. For sales exceeding $10,000, we require a cashier’s check to ensure an accurate reflection of the purchase price, and the transaction will be reported to the IRS by the bank.

Financing:

For customers seeking financing, a Buyers Order including the total with tax, title, and license fees will be provided. This document should be submitted to your financial institution to initiate the auto loan application process. Upon approval, your bank will issue either a check or drafting instructions. If drafting instructions are provided, please send them via email to [email protected]. Once drafting instructions have been received, the vehicle may be released as a promise of payment, allowing completion of the sale and signing of all necessary paperwork.

Please note that individual banks maintain specific criteria for auto loans, and it is important to confirm your eligibility directly with your bank. Common requirements may include vehicles no older than 10 years, a maximum of 160,000 miles, and no history of salvage, rebuilt status, structural damage, or branded titles.

Military banks such as USAA, Service FCU, and Navy Federal Credit Union often offer more flexible terms, including financing for vehicles up to 20 years old. We encourage you to verify your vehicle’s eligibility with your lender.
